All products are sold strictly for laboratory and research purposes.
They are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, clinical, or diagnostic applications.
All products sold by Emergence Peptides are intended for laboratory and research purposes only.
For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has been shipped.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Photos of the item(s) received
A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
We may ask you to return the damaged goods before processing a refund or replacement. Goods returned without authorisation may be refused.
Refunds will only be granted under the following conditions:
The product was received damaged or incorrect
The claim is submitted within 7 days of receipt
Proof of purchase and supporting evidence (photos/videos) are provided
Refunds are not available for:
Change of mind after purchase
Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
Delays caused by customs or couriers outside of our control
Misuse or mishandling of the product after delivery
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.
We do not offer exchanges due to product safety standards. If your item is defective or incorrect, a replacement will be issued instead.
Orders maybe cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been shipped.
Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
